5. Products & Orders
5.1 Product Descriptions

Because many of our products are manufactured using 3D printing, CNC or laser-cutting, minor variations may occur.

Your order is only confirmed once you receive a written order confirmation from us.
We may cancel an order due to:

• Shipping restrictions

5.3 Prices & Taxes
Prices are displayed in USD.
Applicable US state and local taxes are applied based on delivery address.
5.4 Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across the United States and internationally.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Carrier delays

• Customs inspections

• High-volume periods

Once the product is transferred to the courier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
6.1 Returns (US Customers)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product provided that:

• The item is unused

• It is in original condition

• All components and packaging are included

Custom-made, 3D-printed, or specially configured items are generally non-returnable unless defective.
6.2 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective.
6.3 Limited Warranty
Creabot provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse

• Incorrect wiring or assembly

• Short circuits, burns, or water damage

• Software modifications

• Wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper power supplies

For classroom or workshop use, damage caused by students is not considered a manufacturer defect.
7. Robotics, Electronics & AI Safety
7.1 User Responsibilities
Many Creabot products require assembly, wiring, coding, or the use of batteries/electrical components.
Users must follow all safety guidelines, manuals, and age-recommendations.
Creabot is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by:

• Incorrect assembly

• Misuse of tools

• Modifications to electronics

• Failure to follow safety instructions

7.2 AI and Software-Based Products
Our AI-enabled products rely on sensors, wireless connectivity, user input, cloud platforms, or third-party tools.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Creabot is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• System errors

• Behaviour of AI systems due to user-programmed commands

8. Digital Courses & Software Access
If you purchase access to an online course or software:

• Access is granted to the purchaser only.

• Sharing, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.

• Creabot may update or modify course content.

• All materials remain the intellectual property of Creabot.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including logos, manuals, product designs, software, videos, photos, CAD files, and written materials — is owned by Creabot or its licensors.
You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Open-source components included in our products remain governed by their respective licences.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with US privacy regulations as well as international best practices.

Creabot’s maximum liability will not exceed the total purchase amount paid by the customer.
